BAD ACRE
A brush fire broke out in Lee County Sunday afternoon.
The brush fire is about a quarter-acre along south Aprile Avenue and east Barry Street, according to the Lehigh Acres Fire and Rescue District.
A bystander saw smoke at the scene and called 911. 101, 102 and 105 responded.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
