High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s with partly cloudy skies. The high humidity will make many places feel like the 90s during peak heating. Boaters will experience a slight swell with one to two foot waves in the Gulf. Areas of heavy fog will be present in the Gulf Coast and southwest Florida this morning. Except visibility will improve dramatically by 9-10am.
Most of us will stay dry. One or two scattered showers are possible inland. There are no active named storms or disturbances in the Gulf of Mexico. The National Hurricane Center does not expect any additional named storms to develop over the next five days. This is fantastic news as the Atlantic hurricane season is just five days away.
