1:53 PM Pacific Time — We spoke to sources close to Brad, who are adamant that he never choked their children, and deny claims that he also assaulted any of the children. A source says Brad took responsibility for his actions years ago, but has not made any new accusations.

Our Brad sources say it’s sad that Angelina keeps repeating the same claims over and over … “adding inaccurate information for attention, it’s hurting the family.”

What’s more, as we previously reported, several law enforcement agencies investigating the plane incident chose not to press charges against Pitt, and he was awarded 50/50 custody of the children in the lawsuit.
Angelina Jolie re-enacts his infamous fight with an airplane Brad Pitt in their winery dispute … we will explain.
As we reported, Angelina claimed Brad received a physical with one of their children and her on a private jet in 2016 … something she says worked their divorce. She repeated the accusations recently when she sued the FBI release the file on the plane incident.
Angelina now claims that the divorce forced her to sell her stake in the Chateau Miraval winery they own. They are currently litigating whether she had the right to sell her share to a third party without Brad’s consent.

As for why she’s bringing up the plane incident again in the winery dispute…it’s just not clear, other than the fact that it has to do with the divorce that forced her to sell her stake in the winery.
Fact … whatever happens on the plane almost certainly won’t affect the legal claims she’s making in the lawsuit against the winery.
As for those claims, though, Angelina is again detailing what she says happened on the plane, but this time she says Brad got physical with two of their kids, not just one. She says Brad strangled one of the children and punched the other in the face. Brad denied the claim.
She also says that Brad poured beer on her, as well as beer and red wine on the children.
And also … she says that until 2019, she didn’t want to do any alcohol-related business with Brad, given his past drinking problems.
