Anne HechHitting a house in Los Angeles this week was likely just an accident waiting to happen — because she was allegedly racing down other residential streets shortly before.
TMZ has obtained video of what we’re told is Hatch flying down a quiet road in the Venice Beach area on Friday … in her blue Mini Cooper, going about the same dangerous speed she landed at the hospital.
The man who did it tells us that the moment captured here – as Ann whizzes by at an unrecognizable speed – was actually the third time she’s come back down this very street (Avenida Cabrillo). Apparently she was going up and down and back and forth … in each case going wild, so says an eyewitness who claims to have seen it all.

Anne Hech was badly burned in a crash, with new video showing her speeding
We’re told that during the second go-around on Cabrillo — which is not too far from where Ann was involved in the accident in Mar Vista — people were yelling at her to slow down.
Even though she was driving incredibly fast, we slowed down our new clip and you can see Ann leaning forward and holding the wheel – she looked excited. It’s not too different from the sentiment conveyed by her body language in a candid photo taken earlier in the day … where you can see some kind of bottle in front of her.
It’s unclear how Ann is doing at this point after the accident that left her with severe burns, but we do know that the cops were initially hesitant to give her any tests because she was clearly unable to pass a BAC test and what- or anything else they might want to manage.
However, this new video just confirms what we’ve already reported — that Anne was seen driving in other surrounding areas that same day … and all at terrifying speeds.
As for how that Cabrillo Avenue incident ended… our sources tell us she disappeared around the corner the third time down the street – and never came back. The video was taken at 10:45 a.m. … about an hour later, she broke into a random person’s house.

As we reported, Hatch crashed into the garage of an apartment complex just after noon in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles. A fire broke out and engulfed her car, leaving her in critical condition with severe burns.
Ann’s accident happens afterwards another crazy wreck in Los Angeles — this one near La Brea — where a car ran a red light and crashed into other drivers … reportedly killing at least 6 people.
