Anne Hech was trapped in her vehicle as the fire quickly spread, and bystanders worked desperately to get her out … and the panic plays out in a 911 call from the scene.
The caller, who appeared to be a neighbor of the house Ann crashed into, told the dispatcher that Ann’s car had gone through the house “very fast.” At first, the caller seems unaware that Ann is locked in the car, but people can be heard screaming in the background, making it clear that someone is in trouble.

The call becomes much more desperate when smoke begins to surround the car – and the caller works to get a water hose to the scene of the accident.
You can start to hear sirens in the background as the caller claims the smoke is getting very black and fire is breaking out…and there are still screams in the background that someone is trapped.
