Robert Kiyosaki, investor and author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, is selling his oceanfront home in Diamond Head on the Gold Coast of Oahu, Hawaii, for $7.35 million.
The the home has 3,488 square feet of open living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms. The remodeled home is filled with custom features, including hardwood and Merbau travertine floors, custom built-in cabinetry and coffered ceilings, according to the property’s official listing.

The home last sold in 2004 for $2.75 million. The current listing price is a drop from earlier this year, when the home was asking $9.888 million.
Kiyosaki, 75, graduated from Hilo High School in Hilo, Hawaii. He is the founder of Rich Global LLC. The Rich Dad Poor Dad book series has reportedly sold more than 40 million copies worldwide.
The Demand for oceanfront real estate is highespecially in Diamond Head.
“There are only about two dozen homes on the water between the Gold Coast and the lighthouse,” Trevor Benn of Forward Realty in Honolulu told KITV4.
