Bam Margera has just reached an important milestone … completing a 12-month drug and alcohol abuse treatment program.
The “freak” star tells TMZ that he has just finished a one-year program in Florida, and over the next few months he will continue to attend outpatient treatment.
Bam says he lives next to his rehab center in Boca Raton and his wife Nikki and son Phoenix recently moved in with him because he can now live in an apartment outside the treatment center while he attends classes.
This is a significant step for Bam, who did not allow mistakes to prevent him from completing the program. As we first reported, Bam appeared at a Florida casino back in September and rode back to his rehab facility in the back of a police car.

Bam too work again as part of his rehabilitation … and last month his partner “Viva La Bam”. Brandon Novak told us it was the closest thing Bam was to the man he was when they grew up together on a skateboard.

It seems that after his affairs in Bama are at random booted up from the latest film “Chakasy” due to a failed drug test. Bam sued and recently reached settlementand now he says he is happy with the result and feels justified.
Moving forward, Bam says his plan is to eventually return to Southern California and buy a home where he could work with sober skaters on future projects.
