Cassandra Freemanknown for playing Aunt Viv in “Bel-Air”, doesn’t want to see Juneteenth ice cream on “Kulina” … and says that the latest version of Walmart is just wrong.
We met Cassandra on Monday in Los Angeles and asked her about Walmart’s “Celebration Edition Juneteenth Ice Cream” … which angered the very community she intends to reach or honor.
Cassandra had an instant reaction to the dessert, which is incomprehensible … and that’s not good. She also wondered what would be next on the shelves of Walmart ice cream, joking about what other historical events could be turned into offensive sweets.
As we reported … Walmart gets tons of backlash for its latest flavor, a blend of red velvet and ice cream with a cheesecake along with a message on the package: “Share and celebrate African American culture, emancipation and lasting hope.”
Cassandra isn’t surprised that this is Walmart’s idea, and explains why Ben and Jerry will never make the same mistake.

The result for Aunt Viv … Juneteenth ice cream gets two balls down.
