Lawyer Matthew Rosengart says … K-Fed’s decision to post old footage of Britney arguing with the boys Sean Preston and Jayden James there was cruel, disgusting behavior.
Britney’s lawyer says that in doing so, K-Fed violated the singer’s privacy and dignity, undermined the children, humiliated himself as a parent and violated public norms … and now Rosengart is threatening legal action, suggesting that the Cyber bullies were violated.
Remember…Britney and K-Fed are publicly discussing her relationship with her children, with Kevin video placement and giving an interview DailyMail, and Britney is hitting back with social media posts.
Rosengart says he’s not going to let Britney get bullied like he was during her canning … and tells us he’s working with Instagram to turn up the heat on K-Fed.
Britney’s lawyer says Kevin should keep their family affairs private. To be fair, Britney also opened up about her kids on Wednesday her own IG postcalling the kids “hateful” and suggesting that K-Fed’s house is a marijuana den.
Bottom line from Britney’s camp … Rosengart says she’s loved and respected by millions, which can’t be said for K-Fed.
