LeBron’s business partner and close friend Maverick Carter fed these conversations in 2016 during a GQ an interview. At the time, Maverick waved his hand in the air when asked about the value of LeBron’s lifetime deal. He was a key player in the contract negotiations.
“Yes. This is a fantastic deal. Nike is very good about the deal. This is the most important thing. No matter how great I feel, no matter how great LeBron is, Nike is fantastic. This is the largest deal in the company’s history,” Maverick said. Their hope is that he does even more. And our hope is also on that, obviously.”
The amount of Brony’s contract is unknown
Like his father, Broney joined Nike before touching a contract or trial for the NBA. He is currently studying in his final year Sierra Canyon High School. Besides being daddy dearest, number of coins the star player will earn everything still in silence.
LeBron hasn’t said much online about his son’s deal. But he reposted a couple of posts covering the news on his Instagram story. He also shared a Nike promotional video on his profile featuring Brony!
