Chiefs, Eagles headline NFL by Nick Wright entering Week 5

It’s no secret that “First of all” the master Nick Wright to love Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City Chiefs. So after KC 41-31 victory over Art Tampa Bay Buccaneers this past weekend was the perfect time to bump them up in the weekly rankings NFL list of levels.

A lot has changed since Wright last revealed his tiers, and while some squads have landed on familiar territory, others have seen significant changes.

Let’s delve into the tiers, starting from the bottom.

The Eagles challenge the Chiefs atop Nick’s NFL Tiers entering Week 5

Nick Wright puts Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs and Jalen Hurts’ Philadelphia Eagles at the top of his list of the NFL’s best teams.

Those Who May Not Be Named: New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots, Detroit Lions, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Commanders of Washington, Houston Texas, Pittsburgh Steelers

Wright’s thoughts: “The Patriots are there and we know it. Saints, some people thought they could be a playoff team, and by some I mean my man from New Orleans, Chris Broussard. Lions, they’re fun to watch, but they don’t belong on the same level.”

AFC is hanging on by a thread: Indianapolis Colts, Las Vegas Raiders, Tennessee Titans, Denver Broncos, New York Jets

Wright’s thoughts: “These five teams are still alive. The Titans and Colts due to being in the AFC South. The Raiders and the Broncos because of the overall talent, and the Jets because hey Zach WilsonThe first game back looked good. But they need to be warmed up from week 5 to 8, because they are barely holding on.”

NFC hangs in the balance: Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals, Seattle Seahawks

Wright’s thoughts: “Two of those teams are projected to be two of the four worst teams in football: the Falcons and the Seahawks. It’s not something that’s gone. The Falcons are two games back from 4-0. The Seahawks, you know, some people say this is the best a Seahawks quarterback has played in years, and some people, I mean me. And the Cardinals get it DeAndre Hopkinswhich sounds great, except for the fact that the coach and quarterback don’t seem to get along.”

NOT standings: Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings

Wright’s thoughts: “All of these teams are 3-1, but they all have reason to be concerned. Obviously Miami… now Tua [Tagovailoa] wounded, they had an argument. The Giants and Cowboys are at quarterback right now to make you really think about it. The Cowboys can get that quarterback. Vikings, I watched Kevin O’Connell and now he’s hanging out in the same room as Nathaniel Hackett. You really can’t figure out how to handle the clock and your defender Kirk Cousinsso I’ll have questions about you all year long.’

Missing part: Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers

Wright’s thoughts: “For the Packers, we talked about it being a receiver. For the Rams, we talked about the offensive line and possibly receiver. For the Chargers, it’s the team’s new doctor, and for the Browns, it’s the team’s quarterback. time and they gave this game away this weekend. But all of them – if they fill the list correctly – can be very dangerous.”

Dangerous in December: Jacksonville Jaguars, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals

Wright’s thoughts: “Those three teams, each of their two wins, were resounding, dominant wins. And these three teams, each with at least one of their losses, they just gave the game away and they’re going to regret it. However, they showed during the first month of the season that they can be very dangerous at the end of the season.”

It’s scary everywhere: Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Francisco 49ers

Wright’s thoughts: “Three teams with dominant defenses. There’s no question about their defense. The Bills have a superhero at quarterback, even if he’s a bit overrated as an overall quarterback. The Bucks have the GOAT at quarterback, and the Niners Maybe Samuelwho according to Chris Broussard might be the best player in the NFL, and George Kittle. Great defense, very good weapons or very good defenders.’

Selected! (For seed #1): Philadelphia Eagles

Wright’s thoughts: “I think Philly will be 14-3. However, I don’t think they’re as dominant as that record or their current record might indicate. They forced 10 turnovers, they only gave up two turnovers. I don’t totally bought into Jalen Hurts for league MVP, but in the NFC they should run away with the No. 1 seed.”

Juggernauts: Kansas City Chiefs

Wright’s thoughts: “They’re not the favorites. They’ve been through it. I don’t know what else to say. We’ve had games on different continents, and every single one of them has been a one-score game in the fourth quarter, except for one, of course. It involved the Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This one lasted over five minutes. … Did you know who was the most dominant inside linebacker in the entire league in terms of passer efficiency? It’s not Aaron Donaldthis Chris Jones my friends You might have the best quarterback in football, the best quarterback in football, the best tight end in football, the best coach in football. It sounds like a juggernaut to me.”
