Conan O’Brien may burst the bubble … because he just accepted an offer on his oceanfront home.
Conan has been looking for a buyer since July. He listed the property in Carpinteria, California, south of Santa Barbara, for $16,500,000.
Conan’s 2,142-square-foot place is just steps from the sand … after he and his wife did a major renovation Lisa bought back in 2015 – they dropped $7.9 million on the property at the time.
The home has panoramic ocean, island and coastal views…there is a large deck with a built-in BBQ and a sunset view deck with private stairs to the beach.
The main house has two bedrooms, a gym and a separate 2 bedroom guest house with a circular deck. The garage also has a Tesla charging station!
For those salt lifers … there’s an outdoor shower and storage space for surfboards and paddleboards … essentials for beach life.
Conan and Lisa are upgrading in the same area, which reportedly cost $23 million.
