SOUNDVIEW, Bronx (WABC) — There was a shooting on a bus in the Bronx tonight.
The victim is a 17-year-old boy who was shot in the chest.
The bus was parked near the corner of Metcalf and Story Avenue in Soundview, right near the intersection of Bruckner and Bronx River Parkway.
Rescuers rushed the victim to the hospital, where he is now in a stable condition.
The shooter ran away.
