DrakeToronto’s mass homecoming has been hit with a major setback, all thanks to a positive COVID-19 diagnosis.
Drake took to Instagram on Monday to tell his fans that he’s “really devastated” that the show is being postponed … and promised that they’ll reschedule it ASAP. The World Weekend in October, which was also supposed to be a Young Money reunion, was set to happen Nicki Minaj and lil wayne.
In his announcement, Drake also said: “… I hope everyone is staying safe and well and I love you all, I’m so sorry I let you down on our weekend together and as soon as the test comes back negative, I’ll give you everything I got on stage (except Covid).”
Drake just party with Nelly Furtado during Night 2 of the OVO event … with other surprises planned across Toronto.
