Eau Gallie High football player Robert Stafford earned an Under Armor All-America jersey on Thursday. He will play in the Under Armor All-America Game in Orlando on Jan. 3 and plans to commit to the University of Miami later that month as a Canes recruit.
Stafford was recruited as a defensive back. He will become the fifth Brevard County high school football player in the game. Cocoa’s Torean Folston and Chauncey Gardner, Holy Trinity’s Marcus May and Rockledge’s Ladarius Tennyson all received preliminary invitations.
Gardner, now Gardner-Johnson, and Mai are both now in the NFL.
