Sydney Sweeney broke the contract with the swimwear brand to promote their products, then turned around and put on suits for “Euphoria” … this is according to a new lawsuit.
The HBO star is suing the swimming and lifestyle brand LA Collective for allegedly violating her contract to model and promote the company’s swimwear.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the fashion brand claims to have reached an agreement with Sydney last year, where it will be an influential figure to launch their new line “Somewhere Swimwear”.
Brand says Sydney was originally on board and approved all of their designs and production prototypes … but they claim her camp abruptly terminated the agreement without any explanation or reason, refusing to continue.
And, understand … the brand claims that Sydney then appropriated the design for its own use by wearing swimsuits in at least 5 episodes of “Euphoria”.
The swimwear company says it expected to sell the costumes for more than $ 3 million as part of the deal and want the actress to pay more damages for the refusal.
We reached for the Sydney camp … not a word yet.
