A fan that was leveled Bobby Wagner after running onto the pitch during this week’s Monday Night Football has now lodged a police report over the incident… TMZ Sports learned
The man went to the Santa Clara Police Department on Tuesday after the Rams game against the 49ers, cops tell us, and filed a report. The press secretary did not reveal more details.
Representative Direct action everywhere — org. who took credit for the wild scene at Levi’s Stadium — told us the report involved an “outrageous assault” by two Rams players.

As we reported, during the second quarter of the competition, two protesters jumped over the railings at the stadium… and, armed with pink smoke bombs, tried to disrupt the action on the field.
One of the protesters, a woman, was beaten before she could get onto the playing surface. Another protester, however, eluded security long enough to walk through the bars.

The guy teased stadium staff for a few moments … but as he headed toward the Rams sideline, Wagner — with some help from a teammate Tackarist McKinley — flattened it.

Security took over and the fans were eventually detained, booked and released.
According to Direct Action Everywhere, people performed the stunt to raise awareness of a lawsuit related to the alleged theft of factory farm pigs. Org. said that the man suffered burns during the incident.
“Otherwise,” the statement said, “they are a little beat up, but in good spirits.”
For his part, Wagner said after the game that he jumped in to help the guard for safety reasons.
“You don’t know what that fan got and what they do,” the star midfielder said.
Wagner was not arrested or charged with a crime.
