A fatal multi-vehicle accident occurred in Alva early Tuesday evening.
The fatal crash happened on SR-80 at Townsend Canal Road in Hendry County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
As a result of the accident, SR-80 was completely blocked.
According to the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office, Hendry County deputies and emergency responders are on the scene.
It is still unclear how many people died in the crash.
