Now Ghislaine Maxwell’s story has become the subject of another documentary. The socialite who aided Jeffrey Epstein in his crimes has already been profiled in a Starz documentary called Who Is Ghislaine Maxwell? — and now her story is getting the Netflix treatment.

Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison in June on charges related to trafficking in minors for sexual exploitation and interstate transportation of minors. A one-time friend and later friend of Epstein’s, she played a key role in recruiting minors who were sexually abused by Epstein. The New York Times. According to the project’s description on Netflix, “the stories of survivors inform this documentary detailing the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, the socialite and accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein.” The trailer description reads: “Discover monster after monster. The filmmakers of Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich go beyond the headlines of the Ghislaine Maxwell case to tell the definitive story of Epstein’s mysterious accomplice, illuminating how her class and privilege hid her predatory nature.” The trailer itself promises to tell the story of “monster after monster”. It looks like the documentary will explore Maxwell’s story, her relationship with Epstein and the trial that led to her conviction.
