A: Guitar Center plans to open a store at the Gateway Shoppes in North Bay, likely in January or February, said Brett Berger, executive director of national leasing for Sarasota-based Benderson Development, the developer and owner of the North Naples mall.
“Unfortunately, there is no date yet,” said Berger. “They are still waiting for a construction permit. Once it’s issued, we’ll have a better idea.”
