Insurance Village was created by Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis at the Florida Department of Financial Services to assist residents with their insurance requirements.

Homeowners who need to speak with an insurance adjuster can also call 1-877-693-5236 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. However, due to limited staff, you are encouraged to visit the insurance village in person.
