Ye stated this in the second part of his interview with FNC’s Tucker Carlson, saying it “drove me crazy not being able to say I like Trump.” He was especially shocked that people would follow him because, as he says, he’s Kanye!

E’s complaints are based on what he said to Tucker in parts of the interview which aired on Thursday … when he said he respects Russell Brand and Candace Owens for going against the grain and speaking their mind regardless of the consequences.
It also falls into his relationship with another ex-pres… Barack Obama. E says their bond is gone “soon I shouldn’t have said things I shouldn’t have said as a rapper,” but adds that he would talk to Obama if they faced each other.
