Ashley Bush filed in Florida on May 9 … and in them she claimed that Kurt “committed a harmful act.” She did not explain the charges.
Kurt and Ashley, a polo player, first met in 2015 … and later married in December 2016, Ashley said.
In the documents, Ashley added that things with the couple went sideways only last month … when she claims Kurt cut off her access to their joint bank account and credit cards.
Ashley also wrote in the documents that the 43-year-old driver demanded that she leave the family home by the first week of June.
Ashley noted in the documents that the couple – who have no children together – were married.
We asked Ashley’s attorney as well as Kurt’s representatives for comments, but so far no word.

Kurt has a solid 2022 season, despite all that … in fact, he just won his first race of the 22nd year on the Kansas track on Sunday.
