When Brian Borst purchased Love Boat Ice Cream in 2014, he did so knowing nothing about running an ice cream shop.
Over the past eight years, on-the-job training has transformed into a Lee County ice cream empire.
Love Boat Ice Cream’s newest location opened Friday in downtown Fort Myers at 1512 Hendry St.
