LONGWOOD, Bronx (WABC) — Two people were shot and killed in the Bronx on Thursday, including a teenage boy.

Police say the shooting happened shortly before 9 p.m. at 998 Longwood Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood, across from the South Bronx Police Sports League Center.

The teenager was wounded by one shot in the head and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Another man of unknown age was wounded in the leg and taken to the nearest hospital. He is expected to survive.

There have been no arrests yet.

The investigation continues.
