1-2 Commanders of Washington play with a score of 2-1 Dallas Cowboys as one of NFLthe most intense rivalry continues.

The team with the star on the helmet leads the all-time series 75-47-2, two games into 2021 and has won nine of the last 12 against Washington.

Dallas enters this matchup with back-to-back wins. maybe Cooper Rush & Co. make it three in a row?

Trends

Since 2015, the Chiefs are 5-9 against the spread (ATS) and 4-10 (SU) against the Cowboys, while being over/under (O/U) 10 times in those games.

The Cowboys are 10-2 ATS and 11-1 SU against NFC East opponents since 2018.

Since 2018, the Cowboys are 18-7 ATS and 19-6 SU against NFC East opponents, with 16 of those games going overtime.

Choose through gambling analyst Panayotavich himself:

This is shaping up to be one of the most one-sided games in Las Vegas right now. The bookies have booked Dallas as a short favorite, but the line has moved from -2.5 to Dallas to -3. Interesting, right?

Respected players cut the Cowboys in the favorite role and grab points. Few are ready to argue with Washington after last weekend’s offense against Philadelphia, but I think Carson Wentz & Co. will have every chance to pull off a breakout.

CHOICE: Commanders (+3 at FOX Bet) to lose by less than 3 points (or win outright)

Information from FOX sports betting analyst Jason McIntyre:

Earlier in the week, money poured in on the Cowboys to raise that line from -2.5 to a strong -3. Is this an attempt to get back to Washington +3 when the caps are raised later in the week?

All signs point to Dallas here, especially in the trenches. Carson Wentz was sacked nine times last week by the Eagles; in walks Micah Parsons – who leads the NFL in rushing with 19 – and Dallas’ ferocious pass rush Daniel Jones 24 times. But be very careful buying high on Dallas and selling low on Washington.

The total has already dropped from 43 to 41.5. In a rivalry game, I would look at the dog and below.
