ABC local caught up with fans just before her concert in Chicago, Illinois, where some avid fans waited for hours for the opportunity to be the first in line to see the artist, a Grammy Award winner. “I’ve been here since 6 a.m.,” said one excited fan, who has watched Olivia rise to fame from the start. Another fan told ABC Localish that they waited two days to be first in line.
In turn, fans could not help but share their love for Disney + the original film and Olivia herself. “I so enjoy driving home 2 u. It’s nice to watch her travel from Salt Lake La C, and I like all the different versions of her songs, ”said one fan.
Another fan drew inspiration from Olivia’s personal life story, which is covered in the film. “I thought it was really cool as she started on the floor of her bedroom just writing songs on her piano. She turned what broke her into a beautiful work of art, ”he said.
