Now the incident has gone viral after a family member loaded the woman’s bold confession on Facebook.
In a video with more than 350,000 views, 43-year-old Bobby Hephart stepped forward to the microphone. She told their church in Warsaw, Indiana how Pastor Lowe cared for her as a teenager. She said the abuse began when she was 16 years old. Sixteen in the state is the legal age of consent. Unfortunately, the woman, who was standing on stage with her husband, said the memories of the pastor still haunt her. She accused him of taking her virginity to his church office and then committing more sexual harassment.
“I lived in prison for 27 years … I lived in prison of lies and shame. Lies to protect Lowe’s family. For many years, I considered myself a horrible person who thought about suicide and did not realize what was really done to me. “
The woman also said that her brother pushed her to tell about what had happened.
“I would still be in jail if my brother hadn’t just approached me two weeks ago with what he saw as a teenager that has bothered him all these years: his pastor in bed with his younger sister.”
Prosecutors are investigating John Lowe II
Pastor Lowe II has just told the church that he “sinned” 20 years ago by committing adultery, not to mention how old a woman or girl is. He asked the congregation to forgive him for the “deep wound” he had inflicted by “sinning.”

After Bobby Hephart Lowe’s speech he returned to the microphone and admitted that his interaction with her as a teenager was a fact. The Indiana State Attorney’s Office is now in the Kosciuszko County Attorney’s Office WANE 15 on Monday, an investigation is under way into the case.

The church issues a statement of condolences to the pastor and the woman he adapted
On Monday, the church posted a statement about the incident on its Facebook page.
“After what has now become known, we are suffering and saddened for the woman who for many years lovingly attended and served the church, as well as for her husband and family. It is our deepest prayer and desire to love, support, encourage and help her in the healing process in any way we can. The New Life is also dedicated to serving all our members and with them during this difficult time so that we can not only experience it, but together experience rich grace, healing unity – all to the glory of God and the preservation of His church.
