Looking to leave behind their original Pelican Larry’s restaurant while also expanding their Off the Bone barbecue concept in Naples, Randy and Kelly Seiler found one place where they could do both, in Lee County.
The new Pelican Larry’s in University Village off Ben Hill-Griffin Parkway, south of Florida Gulf Coast University and north of Estero at 19800 Village Center Drive, has opened for full-service dinner and will open for lunch at 11 a.m. Thursday .
Off the Bone BBQ will be under one roof. It will be prepared slowly and then served quickly from the counter, making the space a true duplex dining experience.
