The reason this is being discussed is related to this new J Lo document, ‘Halftime’, which premiered at Tribeca … where Jenny expresses serious sour grapes about her performance in the Super Cup.
The BTS film reportedly documents what went on the show during the break that Jennifer and Shakira co-headliners in 2020 … and Jen quotes: “It’s the worst idea in the world for two people to play in the Super Cup … the worst idea in the world.”
She goes on to say that she had an unpleasant break-up with Shakira herself, who during rehearsals stressed the importance of weaving her songs into performances in accordance with NFL recommendations … to which Jennifer reportedly said: “If it was a double headliner , they had to give us 20 minutes. That’s what they had to, b ***, do. “
Her manager Benny Medina clarifies the point in the film, saying: “It was insulting to think that you need two Latinos to do a job that has historically been done by one artist.”
And that’s where Saturday’s meeting begins … A LOT of people claim that Shakira is in fact a true world icon that Jen and her team seem to think she is – at least that’s what users of the program are for birds suggest with some pretty passionate memes.

Some even say that Jen is not even so famous here in the States for her music, but more … for her beauty, body and / or other important people. What … interesting.
Anyway, there’s a small reaction to Jennifer’s harsh honesty about how she felt paired with Shakira … some see it as Jen coming out of a small right and kind of a diva (in a bad way). Meanwhile others give Jen props to make it real.
