Luminous swords come in a variety of shapes, colors and sizes, but in the center of each is a cyber crystal that nourishes the lightsabers and gives each a unique glow. Cyber crystals are scattered throughout the galaxy, so young Jedi must find it as part of training to begin the process of building their own lightsaber (and become a full-fledged Jedi).
As we saw in “Star Wars: The Clone WarsThe crystals are colorless until they fall into the hands of a young Jedi, and once they are found, the young have to assemble their lightsabers themselves. Interestingly, they can also choose the material they want for the lightsaber handle (handle). which makes each weapon completely unique.
