Shocking news is coming Stephanie McMan – WWE CEO temporarily leaves his post on Friday to be with his family.
“Starting tomorrow, I’m taking leave for most of my duties at WWE,” she said on Twitter. “WWE is a lifelong legacy for me, and I’m looking forward to returning to the company I love, after this time to focus on my family.”
The announcement is a complete surprise … but the reaction was overly supportive from supporters of the fight.
It is unclear what the reason for the absence – although the husband of 45-year-old Steph, Triple Hrecently discovered he almost died out of fear of health … swore that his wrestling career was over.
McMahon – Vince’s daughter – has been part of the WWE since 2000 … and has been in the ring for 18 years.
Stephanie was done EVP Creative Writing 2007 … and moved to CBO in 2013, where she has remained ever since.
