FORT MYERS
A 61-year-old man from Ohio was found guilty of harassing a child under the age of 12 after a 2-day trial in Lee County.
The state prosecutor’s office said Jeffrey Lynn Ross was arrested in March 2021 after the victim reported sexual assault.
Ross was investigated by the Cape Coral Police Department.
The verdict is scheduled for June 20.
