LEHIGH ACRES
A Florida Highway Patrol says the car caught fire after crashing into a tree in Leahy Acre on Thursday.
The accident took place on Joel Boulevard and 18th East Street. Police say the car was stolen and the man behind the wheel was intoxicated. The HLC has arrested a man on charges of large-scale theft and DUI.
