NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (WABC) — Three men are dead and a fourth is in critical condition after a drug overdose in New Rochelle.
Shortly before 3:00 p.m. Saturday, police were called to an apartment building on Fountain Place by a man who had also overdosed. The man said he did not know where he was, but officers were able to check his cell phone to determine his location.
When officers arrived, they found three unresponsive men in a storage room. They were declared dead.
The 911 caller was taken to the hospital.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call New Rochelle police at 914-654-2300.
Last week there were five women found him unresponsive at a mall in Hackensack, New Jersey after a fentanyl overdose. Emergency responders quickly took action and administered Narcan and performed CPR on the victims, all of whom recovered.
