Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen appears to be officially calling it quits after hiring divorce lawyers amid continuing marital problems in recent months.

The couple had previously been living separately for the past few months following the highly publicized scandal over Tom’s decision to retire and return to the NFL. Shadow room previously reported earlier this year.

The two are now considering splitting their multi-million dollar empire, with one source telling the publication that they “never thought this dispute would be the end of them”.
“I never thought this feud was going to be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” one insider tells Page Six.
“I don’t think there will be a return now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what the split will entail, who will get what and what the finances will be.”
Representatives for Brady and Bündchen did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
However, Page Six reports that insiders close to the couple say both will be actively involved in their children’s lives and will share joint custody during the divorce proceedings.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion, 45, and the supermodel, 42, have son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9, and Brady is also father to son Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
The couple is likely to file for divorce in Florida, where they are currently based, according to legal experts, while Brady plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a lengthy stint with the New England Patriots.
Another source close to the situation confirmed that the couple is considering splitting their assets, including a $26 million real estate portfolio.
Their properties include homes in Costa Rica, an apartment at 70 Vestry St. in Tribeca, valued at $3.6 million, and a property at the Yellowstone Club in Montana valued at $5.7 million.
Their latest purchase was a $17 million home on Miami’s Indian Creek Island in December 2020, nicknamed the “Billionaire Bunker,” with initial plans to demolish the 5,172-square-foot, five-bedroom mansion and build a new one.

Between 2021 and 2022 alone, Brady’s net worth increased from $180 million to $250 million.
Forbes reported in May that he is the ninth-highest-paid athlete in the world, among others with Under Armour, Sam Adams, Foot Locker and Tag Heuer.
The couple fled Tampa for Miami ahead of Hurricane Ian, but they are still separated.
The couple have been living separately in recent months, insiders say
A source told Page Six that Bündchen lived in a Miami home that she and Brady rented in 2020. However, it is not clear where the defender lived.
Another source told the publication that the unplanned divorce could be related to Brady’s refusal to retire from the NFL, however, “it’s not just one thing.”
“As with many marriages, it’s not just one thing. Giselle made it clear that she was worried about Tom playing football and that they had talked about it a lot.
But in the last few years they have had a series of explosions and this time there seems to be no turning back.”
