Police said the suspect and the seller quarreled around 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 14 at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 40th West Street.
According to police, the exchange turned into a physical one, and the suspect kicked and punched the 57-year-old victim, as well as hit the victim with a box of milk on his head.
The video shows him throwing cones in the seller’s cart.
The victim was treated at NYC Health and Hospitals / Bellevue due to a head injury.
