GLEN COVE, Long Island (WABC) — A woman faces up to four years in prison after pleading guilty to stealing a New York State Lottery jackpot from her cousin.

The Nassau County Prosecutor’s Office says the victim won a $1 million prize on a 2020 scratch-off ticket.
