Weeks after a UTV racer found a man’s body in a car wash, Arizona officials are looking to the public for answers.

The rider’s body was found on August 27 near the village ofCatherine Heights outside the city limits of Bullhead,” according to an Oct. 4 Facebook post from the Mojave County Sheriff’s Office.

Due to the condition of the body, “he could not be identified and was turned over to the Mojave County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy,” the report said.

Detectives searched missing person records to no avail, according to the sheriff’s office.

“Detectives are asking the community for help in identifying the deceased,” the statement said.

The man is described as a white male in his 20s to 40s with light brown/red hair, the sheriff’s office said. He was estimated to be about 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighed about 230 pounds. The man was also wearing size 13 shoes.

Bullhead City is about 230 miles northwest of Phoenix.
