When the Cabin Corner Crew Lottery Club meets, the four members grab dinner and buy michigan lottery tickets.

At a recent meeting, one of the four lottery players wanted pizza, so they went Cabin in Mount Pleasantaccording to an October 7 press release from the Michigan Lottery.

They each bet $20 on the Lucky 7 Fast Cash game, and a club representative placed the tickets face down on the table, a club tradition.

“When we started handing them out, we saw that the jackpot had dropped,” said a spokesman for the Michigan Lottery club. β€œThe last ticket we flipped was a jackpot winner! We all started shouting and saying things you probably shouldn’t say in public!”

They won Lucky 7’s Fast Cash jackpot of $616,985, officials said.

“Everyone was celebrating with us and I slipped away to put the ticket in my safe,” said the player, who wished to remain anonymous. “It was such a surreal experience.”

The four members plan to pay their bills and keep their winnings, according to a news release.
