Earlier Kanye West – challenged Gabriela Carefa-Johnson, global fashion editor for Vogue, after he learned of comments she made in response to his “White Lives Matter” t-shirts.

Afterwards, Vogue released a statement in support of Gabriella, stating,

“She was personally targeted and bullied. This is unacceptable. Voices like hers are needed now more than ever, and today in a private meeting with Ye, she once again spoke her truth in a way that felt best to her.”

Kanye also talked about the meeting between him and Gabriella. He says they both apologized to each other for how they made each other feel and they both disagree on some things.

“SHE SAID HER COMPANY DID NOT INSTRUCT HER TO SPEAK ON THE FRONT OF MY T-SHIRT. WE APOLOGIZED TO EACH OTHER FOR THE FEELINGS THAT WE ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED AND WE BOTH EXPERIENCED THE STRUGGLE OF ACCEPTANCE IN A WORLD THAT IS NOT OURS. SHE DIDN’T AGREE I DIDN’T AGREE WE DIDN’T AGREE.”

How earlier Kanye West has reportedly become the talk of social media after it was revealed that he debuted ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirts during his YZY SZN 9 presentation in Paris. Candice Owens also shared photos of her and E rocking his t-shirts, adding fuel to the fire.

Kanye has faced backlash from celebrities like Jaden Smith and Boosie.

Responding to the backlash, Kanye called out Gabriella Kareff-Johnson for her comments about his t-shirts.
