We spoke to sources on both sides who told us the couple contacted major divorce attorneys on their own and negotiations began several weeks ago.
Our sources say that if the divorce papers are filed — which seems like a certainty at this point — it will happen in Florida. In accordance with Page sixlawyers have already been hired.
Neither Tom nor Gisele have publicly addressed the reported issues … but the former supermodel has been noticeably absent from all four Bucs games this season, and they’re reportedly live in separate houses.
Gisele was spotted in Miami on Monday leave the workout.
Brady, 45, and Bundchen, 42, married in February 2009 and have two children, a 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. Tom has a third child, he is 15 years old Jackwith ex-Bridget Moynahan. Tom and Giselle are said to have a solid marriage contract.
