He’s a Biden supporter and says he’d be happy to vote for him again … but he thinks the Prez can do more, especially regarding the paraphernalia laws that got Tommy locked up in 2003.
Tommy was sentenced to 9 months in prison after pleading guilty to selling bongs through a family business. He tells us he had no choice but to file.
Tommy says his plan of action is to go to court … trying to get his criminal record expunged.
